• Daily Attendance & Leave Management.
• Payroll
• Handling Statuary Compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, SH & Factory Act Renewal.
• Performance Management System.
• Incentive
• Monthly Reward & Recognition to Employees.
• HR related queries, issues, grievances etc.
• HR MIS of new joiner & Left Employees.
Exit Interviews & Managing Full & Final Settlements as per the SLA.
• Admin
• Works reporting to Director.
2. Recruitment profile:
a. Educational Qualifications: MBA-HR-MALE
b. Industry: [Automobile 2/4 wheeler preferred], Finance/ Insurance, Retail, Communications
c. Minimum experience: at least 1 years experience in a HR department role, minimum 2 years in automobile.
d. Profile: extensive experience in managing finances and dealership operations, strong focus on customer experience management, adherence to processes and norms
e. Passions/ Interests: Passionate about Royal Enfield and motorcycling
