Candidate Requirements
* Candidates must possess at least a MBA / Post Graduate Degree in HRM
* Between 4 and 5 years of working HR experience
* Strong track record in Employee Engagement
* Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement
* Proficiency in Adobe photoshop, InDesign, and other design tools is
an added advantage
* Have good knowledge about recruitment processes
Competency
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
* Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate,
prioritize and manage multiple activities
* Aptitude for working in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
