We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to effectively support the organization's objectives.
Lead and oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Manage employee relations, handle employee grievances, and ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and growth.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
