Manpower Management – Recruitment and hiring for direct and indirect, Induction, Orientation of the new joinee as per plan.
Support Target and incentive rollout for all sales team members including ensuring awareness, appreciation and alignment by sales team.
Drive People Agenda in sales team through pre planned reach Out activities at regular intervals
Performance Management & Development – Facilitate goal setting, measures, review and final rating and maintaining records of the same.
Prepare and follow up on the career progression plan and development of the same.
Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
What we expect?
Age : 23 - 40 years with ability and maturity to deal with senior managers
Experience: 3 to 6 years in HR
A proven track record of successful PR campaigns
Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
