Job description

Maintaining and updating all the HR processes and procedures.

Participate in developing goals, objectives and systems for the depts. Across entire organization.

Develop & Execute HR Function in New Site

Thorough check on compensation structure and salary audit

Participate in performance appraisal process and revise as per the standards and updates from time to time.

Preparing KRA, updating them, competency mapping across depts.

Develop, recommend and implement HR Policies and Procedures, prepare handbooks, annual re-evaluations, etc

Conduct Recruitment efforts, advertisements for the same, coordination with the dept heads, and new employee orientation program.

Career path programs for employees, employee relation counselling, conducting exit interviews, employee referral programs.

Ensuring timely updates on dept records and reports, meetings, seminars, etc

Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of dept. initiatives in relation to established goals.

Any other new updates and upgrading latest and innovative HR initiatives.

Job Expectations:

Understand the existing HR Policies and processes and current interactions with the depts. And their

HODS, updating them on the SOP Server.

Updating the incomplete activities of HR and streamlining the process

Focusing on onset dept. activities and finishing the competency mapping for each one

Upgrading self through timely meetings and HR socio activities.

Understand the gap in the performance level and recommend latest training and dept wise coaching for the employees

Being a part of the performance appraisal activities.
