Role Summary
The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management and strategy. This role will play a critical part in driving talent acquisition, employee development, engagement, and overall HR operations to ensure the organization's success.
Job Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition:
a. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
b. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
c. Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and partners.
2. Leadership and Team Management:
a. Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
b. Set clear goals and expectations for the HR department.
3. Employee Relations:
a. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
b. Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
4. Performance Management:
a. Implement and maintain performance management processes, including regular feedback, performance appraisals, and goal setting.
b. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure employee performance.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
a. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
b. Stay informed about labour laws and regulations, and ensure adherence.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
a. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits packages.
b. Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to remain competitive in the job market.
7. HR Analytics and Reporting:
a. Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations to senior management.
b. Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics and trends.
8. Employee Development and Training:
a. Create and execute training and development programs.
