Responsibilities:
HR Operations Oversight:
1. Supervise and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR operations.
2. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards.
Learning & Development:
3. Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
4. Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps.
Employee Relations:
1. Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
2. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfil staffing requirements.
2. Oversee the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Performance Management:
1. Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
2. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
Team Management:
1. Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support.
2. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
2. Stay updated on changes in HR-related legislation and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
1. 4-5 years of experience in a Human Resource role.
2. Proven experience in HR operations, learning & development, and team management.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to handle employee grievances with empathy and discretion.
5. Compliance
6. Salary structuring, , ESI, Insurance, etc.
7. Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.
8. Comfortable working in night shifts.
Package:
The selected candidate will receive a competitive package of Rs 55,000 per month.
