HR Related Activities ---
• Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
• Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiate team activities.
• Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain corporate social responsibility standards.
• Assist with HR audits and reporting as needed.
• Handle all employee relations issues as they arise.
Administrative Responsibilities ---
• Take ownership of ensuring a superior workplace that is fully stocked, clean and operating efficiently - order office supplies, food/drink and furniture as needed.
• Own the relationship with office building management and various vendors to coordinate facilities upkeep.
• Manage vendors and resources, such as suppliers, contractual resource management services.
• Manage executive team calendars: schedule meetings, coordinate travel and plan events.
• Prepare expense reports.
• Edit and create letters, presentations and documentation.
• 1+ years of Human Resources professional experience in a generalist capacity.
• 2+ years of office administration experience is a plus.
Languages – Marathi, English, Hindi, Telugu (not compulsory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Digital communication literacy.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
