HR Related Activities ---
Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiate team activities.
Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain corporate social responsibility standards.
Assist with HR audits and reporting as needed.
Handle all employee relations issues as they arise.
Administrative Responsibilities ---
Take ownership of ensuring a superior workplace that is fully stocked, clean and operating efficiently - order office supplies, food/drink and furniture as needed.
Own the relationship with office building management and various vendors to coordinate facilities upkeep.
Manage vendors and resources, such as suppliers, contractual resource management services.
Manage executive team calendars: schedule meetings, coordinate travel and plan events.
Prepare expense reports.
Edit and create letters, presentations and documentation.
1+ years of Human Resources professional experience in a generalist capacity.
2+ years of office administration experience is a plus.
Languages Marathi, English, Hindi, Telugu (not compulsory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Digital communication literacy.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
