We are looking for an experience Human Resources Generalist to come in and help us take our team to the next level.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Working on recruitment end to end process.

• Handling various job portals, shortlisting, interviewing candidates.

• Handling day to day activities.

• Updating company HR policies whenever required.

• Properly handle complaints and Grievance procedures.

• Administrative work, Attendance management

• Payroll and ESIC

• Candidates On – boarding, Salary Negotiation

• Conducting and analysing exit interviews and recommending changes.

• Productivity Enhancement, Employee Motivation, Culture building.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/MBA in Human Resource Management or relevant field

Honest, Ethical and Dependable person.
