Recruitment for required profiles. Sourcing, screening & conducting interviews of candidates. Doing reference checks & issuing offer letter.

Joining & on-boarding of employees. Issuing ID cards, opening bank account, induction & issuing appointment letters.

Taking care of confirmation & performance appraisal process.

Conducting Employee Engagement activities like celebrating birthdays, events & festivals in a fun & energetic way.

Taking care of employee records, database & documentation.

Handling employee grievances & solving them.

Handling exit formalities of employees, conducting exit interviews & FNF & experience letters.

Quarterly Reward & Recognition Program.

Grievance handling.

Policy adherence and Implementation.

Maintain Employee Attendance and process end-to-end Payroll through HRMS Software.

Candidates should have knowledge of Statutory Compliance (HR)

Taking care of daily administrative tasks like petty cash, office cleanliness, stationary & housekeeping, vendor management & other miscellaneous activities.
