• Taking care of confirmation & performance appraisal process.
• Conducting Employee Engagement activities like celebrating birthdays, events & festivals in a fun & energetic way.
• Taking care of employee records, database & documentation.
• Handling employee grievances & solving them.
• Handling exit formalities of employees, conducting exit interviews & FNF & experience letters.
• Quarterly Reward & Recognition Program.
• Grievance handling.
• Policy adherence and Implementation.
• Maintain Employee Attendance and process end-to-end Payroll through HRMS Software.
• Candidates should have knowledge of Statutory Compliance (HR)
• Taking care of daily administrative tasks like petty cash, office cleanliness, stationary & housekeeping, vendor management & other miscellaneous activities.
