DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & On-boarding Management
- Management of hiring process for all Office staff
- Adherence to hiring plan as per annual target and manpower plan
- Selection of recruitment channels: Advertisements, Agencies, Referral, JPP, etc
- Review Job descriptions to ensure that all JDs are updated.
- Agency Management & Development
- Candidate Management from first contact till onboarding
- JD development & customization based on local need
- Resume Screening, HR Interviews & Scheduling, tracking and managing the recruitment pipeline.
- Offer Management: Positioning, Grading, Offer Sign off from business & Offer rollout to candidate
- Probation confirmation/extension process management
- Onboarding & Induction
Performance Management
- Support business in the execution of yearly dialogue session.
- Successful & timely execution of Dialogue process
Training & Development
- Compile TNA following the completion of yearly dialogue session.
- Training coordination & designing training calendar.
Communication & Engagement
-Prepare & implement concrete action plan on employee engagement. This should include 1-1 sessions, group connects, celebrations, significant milestones, fun events, leadership connects etc.
Retention & Exit Management
- Exit Interviews: Conducting Exit Interviews, documenting finding, analyzing trends and sharing data points with business
- Exit Request Closure: Closing documentation on post conversations, approvals, recoveries, exit interviews (however applicable)
QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :
MBA HR with relevant 3-4 years of HR generalist experience / Graduate with relevant 6-7 years of experience
