• Quarterly Reviews, Counselling & Employee Appraisals

• Employee Engagement & Personal Record Management

• Handling Interpersonal & Departmental Disputes

• Employee Retention, Exit Interviews & formalities

• Form & Govern Organization Rules, Regulations & Policies

Recruitment:

Conduct Face-To-Face Interviews & Select candidates shortlisted by the Recruiters for various positions including Senior Management Roles.
