7. Having experience of Employee engagement activities

8. Performance Management and Improvement Systems

9. Training of New Employee

10. Conduct disciplinary actions with Following Organizational Norms & Policies.

11. Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees

12. Compensation and Benefits Administration

13. Employee Safety, Welfare, Wellness, and Health
