Job Title - HR Generalist
Job Location - RS Puram Coimbatore.
Minimum 6+ Years of Relevant Experience + Fluency in English & Hindi.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
Prepare HR reports and to maintain the data as on date.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information's.
Assist for VISA processes for the candidates
Provide administrative and operations support.
Regular follow-ups with candidates until their onboarding.
Skill Requirements:
Any Bachelor's degree or Masters degree
3-4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Mandatory
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Good communication & Negotiations skills.
Fluency in English & Hindi.
