Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, and providing guidance to employees and management on HR-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

2. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.

- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention and satisfaction.

3. Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Provide employees with information on benefits options and assist with enrollment and claims processes.

4. Compliance and Record-Keeping:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

5. Training and Development:

- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.

- Support career development initiatives and provide resources for professional growth.

6. Performance Management:

- Support performance review processes, including tracking performance metrics and assisting with performance improvement plans.

- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

7. HR Policies and Procedures:

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure that company policies are communicated effectively.
