Change Management and Organizational Development.
Partner with business leaders to lead change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation of organizational changes.
Design and facilitate organizational development programs to enhance team effectiveness and performance.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers on managing change and driving organizational growth.
Oversee HR operations, Workday (preferred knowledge) performance management, including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and support HRIS management.
Strategic HR Leadership and Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
Drive employee engagement activities, events and programs aimed at fostering a positive work culture and strengthening employee relationships, retention, and performance.
Partner with business leaders to understand short- and long-term business goals and develop HR strategies to support these objectives.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that address current and future organizational needs.
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and Management:
Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address talent gaps.
Partner with talent acquisition teams to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment and improve employee retention.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, including performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
