HR Generalist - Facility Management Company
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our
dynamic team at a leading facility management company. As an HR
Generalist with at least 1 year of experience, you will play a crucial role in
supporting our human resources department in various aspects of
employee management and administration. Your expertise will contribute
to the overall success of our organization by ensuring the efficient
functioning of our HR processes and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a
smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews
and processing necessary documentation.
2. Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and
effective solutions.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a harmonious workplace
environment.
3. HR Policies and Procedures:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of
HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and recommend
updates as necessary.
4. HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS
5. Employee Engagement:
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing
team-building activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the
facility management industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong ethics and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
