Primary Responsibilities:
Building Strong Organization with smooth functioning through HR perspective ensuring adherence to Managements Vision. Ensure all processes are followed keeping the employee morale high.
Performance Management System (PMS)
Responsible for designing and implementing PMS as per company's objective and plan
Ensuring business objectives are met through monthly PMS reviews and subsequent gap identification
Facilitating timely system of performances appraisals and then identifying gaps
Instilling timely Awards & Benefit programs to recognize performance
Identifying training needs for better performance of employees
Organizing continuous training programs to lift the level of performance
To check whether daily functions match the employees KRA and expected outcome
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Connect with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles using various channels such as job boards, social media, niche professional websites and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit for the organization
