Job Description:

Responsible for complete recruitment & staffing life cycle, including sourcing, Pre-screening, Interview scheduling and negotiation of compensation packages

Maintaining accurate employee records, including staff files, HRIS data, and other HR documentation.

Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

Staying up-to-date with new technologies

Positive attitude & Goal oriented

Employee engagement

Well versed in using job portals & various social networking sites to identify the right candidates.
