Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Complete Recruitment process.
2. Taking care of overall induction, Joining formalities & Settlement process.
3. Taking care or employee database with regards to their date of appointment, address and other personal details.
4. Responsible in drafting offer letter, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letter and experience letter etc.
5. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
6. Preparing HR policies.
7. Taking care of Statutory Compliance like, ESIC, PF & PT.
8. Annual Returns and half yearly returns filing.
9. Factory/ Shops & License renewal/ Amendments
10. Taking care of Employee relation, planning the training calendar for the employees.
11. Taking care of Employee engagement activities.
12. Experience in POSCH committee.
13. Should have experience in Saral software.
14. Should have the Knowledge of Payroll role processing
