Responsibilities
Communicating with clients to understand their hiring needs and identifying suitable candidates
Conducting in-depth market and competitor research
Assisting in drafting job descriptions and specifications
Posting job requirements on various job boards and social media networks
Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
Performing candidate background checks and verifying candidate details
Developing and implementing candidate lead generation strategies
Coordinating and advising clients on best recruitment strategies
Accessing candidates to ensure they match clients hiring requirements
Assisting the Hiring Manager with the on boarding process
Building and maintaining long-term client relations
Planning and organising training programs and workshops for new hires
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Proven work experience in the Human Resources department as an Executive Recruiter, Talent Source , or a similar role
Complete knowledge of various recruitment processes and best practices
Familiarity with recruiting software such as Jobs
Excellent communication, researching, and networking skills
Good time management and organisation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated and reliable individual
Having a keen eye for detail
Having the ability to work in a team as well as independently
Ability to offer excellent customer services
