Handling end to end recruitment
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip and full and final settlements
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
Managing employee engagement activities
Assist in the development and integration of policies
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
Should have advance verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to effectively multi- task in fast paced and challenging environment
