Looking for Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist:
Talent Acquisition in your tasks will include:
1. Filling positions within the organization (In-house Recruitment)
2. Designing and Implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
3. Developing own network of suitable candidates.
4. Hiring from Naukri, LinkedIn etc Portals.
5. Handling of administration and record-keeping.
6. Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
7. Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
8. Drafting and posting job descriptions.
9. Interviewing candidates.
10. Networking with various institutions and social media.
11. Negotiation skills.
12. On-boarding process.
