3) Ensure all Gaps are filled within time lines
4) Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management .
5) Manage to ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to employee referrals, Social media , events, job fairs, field sourcing etc.
6) Manage well on all the data associated with the recruitment process. Possess data-driven thinking and systematic approaches in achieving the operation excellence
