1) Hiring Blue & Grey Collar Jobs - Non IT

2) Using different sources to Hire

3) Ensure all Gaps are filled within time lines

4) Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management .

5) Manage to ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to employee referrals, Social media , events, job fairs, field sourcing etc.

6) Manage well on all the data associated with the recruitment process. Possess data-driven thinking and systematic approaches in achieving the operation excellence

7) Field Recruitment Experience required

8) Should have knowledge about Job Portals - LinkedIn, Job Hai, Naukri
