Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain employee files to include required documentation and employee reviews.

Provide and coordinate new employee orientation and assure all new hire

requirements are Processed.

Exit formalities and to conduct exit interviews and escalate organizational

concerns where Appropriate.

Coordinate all employee disciplinary, improvement plans and dismissal

communication.

Provide recruiting support for all open positions within company. This includes
