Roles & Responsibilities:
● Maintain employee files to include required documentation and employee reviews.
● Provide and coordinate new employee orientation and assure all new hire
requirements are Processed.
● Exit formalities and to conduct exit interviews and escalate organizational
concerns where Appropriate.
● Coordinate all employee disciplinary, improvement plans and dismissal
communication.
