Talent Acquisition:
Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
Conducting initial telephonic interviews.
Utilizing our HR automation and portal automation systems.
Shortlisting candidates and sharing their details with hiring managers.
Verifying candidates backgrounds by contacting references.
Scheduling and confirming interviews.
Sending offer or rejection letters or emails to candidates.
HR Operations:
Overseeing daily HR department operations.
Managing attendance issues.
Handling employee engagement.
Addressing and resolving grievances.
Assisting in onboarding new hires.
Recruitment Experience:
Minimum of 4-6 years of recruitment experience.
Prior experience in sales recruitment, particularly in the edtech industry, is preferred.
Administrative Tasks:
Posting, updating, and removing job ads from various job portals.
Preparing HR-related reports using Google Sheets.
This role primarily focuses on talent acquisition, with 70% of your responsibilities dedicated to recruitment
Additionally, you will be responsible for 30% of HR operations, including attendance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and onboarding

Skills Required:
A graduate or postgraduate degree in HRM or a similar field.
4 to 6 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in recruitment, particularly in sales recruitment within the tech industry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail are critical.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Strong laptop and telephonic communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
