Job description : Experience of at least 3 to 6year in hardcore recruitment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the recruitment life cycle.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing candidates using various job boards like Naukri, Indeed, Times Job, LinkedIn, Referencing, etc...
Responsible for work on Permanent positions.
Scheduling interviews as per the availability.
Initiating the Salary Benchmarking process for the selected candidates.
Closing all the job requisitions in an Effective and Efficient manner.
Coordinating with On-boarding team to ensure smooth joining of the candidate.
Maintaining trackers for all the sourced/selected candidates.
Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc.).
Energetic, passionate about recruitment and efficient at work.
Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Communication & Interpersonal - Good communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the client and team members.
