Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Overview:

As an HR Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to attract, assess, and select qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce by employing effective recruitment strategies and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.

Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Interview and Assessment:

Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a fair and consistent evaluation process.

Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

Facilitate assessment activities, such as technical tests or psychometric assessments, when necessary.

Candidate Experience:

Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application.

Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental goals and workforce needs.

Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders to address any challenges or concerns.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of the hiring process.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS
