Dealing with Stakeholders on daily basis

Familiarity with HR databases, Workday, SmartRecruiters (ATSs) Abacus and Candidate Management Systems.

Managed end to end recruitment delivery, understanding the business requirement and delivering FT’s within TDOC so that business doesn;t face a hit on their cost.

Managed post recruitment related activities like rolling out offer letters, arranging for pre-employment verification,background verification and issuing jo

Talent pipelining for future hiring needs.

Ensure Client requirements are met on each assessment done and ensure the right talent is offered.
