To supervise employee attendance, payroll, and salary administration,
handling ESI, PF, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory compliance.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual
performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback /
recommendations to the management.
To work with all levels of recruitment and selection processes.
Taking care of joining formalities, induction program of new hires.
Maintaining employee records Offer Letter, Appointment Letter.
Involve Employee Engagement Activities.
Looking HR Administration, HR Compliance, Grievance handling,
resolving issues and queries at various company HR and administration
policies.
Conduct Exit Interview and Full and final settlement.
Employee records management and documentation.
Salary: INR Around 25K to 35k With all benefits as per factory act.
