• Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals, collaborating with the Operations team to understand the hiring needs. Designing & updating job descriptions.
• Advertise job openings on all channels available. Increase company’s digital footprint across the Internet
• Source / Headhunt potential candidates using various online & offline channels & professional platforms.
• Craft recruiting emails to attract potential candidates. Review & Screen resumes and applications
• Conducting initial round of interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
• Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Act as a consultant to new recruits & help them onboard
• Maintaining & Relaying of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports detailing the progress with the overall recruitment process & achievement of set recruitment targets
• Executing Offer Letters, T&C’s, Induction and related On-Boarding requirements for new recruits
