Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals, collaborating with the Operations team to understand the hiring needs. Designing & updating job descriptions.

Advertise job openings on all channels available. Increase companys digital footprint across the Internet

Source / Headhunt potential candidates using various online & offline channels & professional platforms.

Craft recruiting emails to attract potential candidates. Review & Screen resumes and applications

Conducting initial round of interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process

Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions

Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

Act as a consultant to new recruits & help them onboard

Maintaining & Relaying of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports detailing the progress with the overall recruitment process & achievement of set recruitment targets

Executing Offer Letters, T&Cs, Induction and related On-Boarding requirements for new recruits

Executing Salary Slips, exit documents, employee policies, Rewards & Recognition programs & related employee engagement plans etc for
