Recruitment at the plant.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, media, Naukri portal and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Good understanding of technical things for preparing job description and specifications
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Conduct initial telephonic screening & shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Ensure background check and references check of selected candidate.
Onboard newly selected employee.
Preparing new employee files, sending on boarding or orientation or induction mails to all internal staff.
Coordinate with the housekeeping staff to keep the premises clean as per the checklist.
Coordinating office activities and operations.
Manage phone calls and correspondence couriers, housekeeping etc.
Handles expenses and billing cycles
Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering
Generate new ideas, new activity for engaging employees at all levels.
Maintain all AMC’s, insurance data.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
