JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resource Executive will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human
Resources (HR) department including hiring staff, administering and enforcing company policies
and practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT
Arrangement of interviews and manage the overall interview.
Manage on boarding new hire, enrol on system, Payroll, PF, ESIC etc.
Letter issue to employees whenever required like Appointment letter, termination,
Experience letter, Reliving letter.
Induction process, Document collect of new joined for verification.
Arrangement of Visiting card (card drafting on vista print), sim card, ID- card
and mail id, Parking coupon for new joined.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Vouchers prepare of staff and directors.
Loan / Advance form prepare of staff.
Keep updated the extension list at all staff’s desk and keep updated all new joiner’s
details at reception desk
Internal office maintenance.
Maintain records of MOU for all companies.
Maintain the office inventory along with all company’s CUG sim cards and their regular
recharge.
INSURANCE
Handling of insurance renewal for commercial vehicle approx. 50 truck, Around 10 Cars,
stocks, personal mediclaim. quotation comparison to Payment. WC policy
Claim management of insurance like vehicle, WC Policy, fire equipment, flood etc.
Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Passion for People, leads by example and has a CAN DO attitude
Excellent knowledge of administration.
Be able to fully converse in Hindi, English and Gujarati (preferred).
