Job Description

1. To maintain Employees Records and joining formalities of new Employees.

2. Assigning Employee Code to New Joiners and taking Induction (Explaining the about leave & Attendance Policy), Seat

Allocation, and ID cards.

3. Handling PF/ESI, Challan , UAN (kyc)& Payroll Processing.

4. PF Withdrawal claims form and online Transfer claims form.

5. Preparing Bonus, Gratuity, & others compliance register.

6. Preparing offer Letters/Appointment Letter/Increment Letter.

7. Taking F2F Interviews.

8. Recruitment & Selection of Employees.

9. Update & Prepare Daily & Monthly Manpower Report.

10. Prepare Monthly Form-B, & Form-15 leave record.

11. To update periodical check Time Office Records.

12. To prepare monthly Salary & Distribute the same.

13. To prepare various Letter like: - (Offer, Appointment & Legal, etc.).

14. Checking All contractor Documents.

15. Contract labour handling.
