Job description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and onboarding process like joining formalities and Induction programs
Maintain recruitment data sheet and emp master sheets
Update Leave and Attendance sheets and update to Management
Give Appraisal and increment letters to the employees and solve salary issues
Performance management and provide feedback, Manage Payroll and other HR related activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
1+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
