We are looking HR (Human Resource) executive have good experience in talent acquisition and handle complete staff recruitment process of the Organization.

Prepare and maintain job documentation.

Design and conduct the induction and employee orientation process.

MIS reports on employee details

Having good experience to use the /Monster/ or any other Jobs site

Policy formulation and communication amongst the employees.

Employee Leave Management,

Offer letter and reliving letter creation and maintain the database

Should have good communication skills written & verbal

Excellent in planning and interpersonal skills

Zeal to learn new things & implementing the same
