Perform recruitment activities for Management level to worker level

Take care of Time Office activities

Play role in Training and PMS activities

Conduct Joining formalities and Maintain employee file

UpDate HR Module of ERP Software

Process Payroll

Make Statutory compliances like PF, returns etc

Handling Employee issues

Taking care of Facilities like Staff Buss, Canteen, Accommodation etc

Associate in other P&A assignment assigned by Superior time to time
