Internship Role

As an HR Intern, youll be willing to wear multiple hats, and work across various departments. You should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Internship Location: Pune | Full Time | Work from Office

Stipend Range: 10 K

Duration: 6 Months

Joining Date: Immediate

Preferred Qualification: MBA (HR)

Responsibilities

Scanning

Filling

Quality checking

Preparing the induction packs and assist with induction

Signing off the documents from HR and other departments

Making copies of all the required documents

Monitoring Payroll counter

General administrative tasks

Balance sheet reconciliation

Month end journals

Bank reconciliation

Requirements

Should be ready for work from office ( WFH not allowed )

Should be ready to start the internship immediately

Should be available for a duration of 6 months

Should have relevant skills and interests

Should be eager to learn and excel

Skill(s) Required: English Proficiency (Spoken), (Learn Business Communication) and English Proficiency (Written)
