We, Parshuramji E-Comm Private Limited are looking for Full Time position of Business Development Executive Sales and Marketing various districts of Uttarpardesh.
Offer of the Employment
The incumbent will be earning fixed salary, other benefits and Sales Based Incentive. The incentive slabs will be discussed at the time of interview with the candidates.
The Incumbents employment confirmation is subject to One month training cum Probation period. This period of time allows us to determine, if the candidate is suitable for the Position. In case of Non Performance or Non Suitability of the incumbent during the Probation period, the company reserves the right to terminate the employment without any notice and compensation obligation to the incumbent.
TA/DA expenses occurred for sales purpose will be given by the company as per the company policy.
Roles and Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities will be discussed in detail during our interaction. However, the incumbent should be ready to carry out tasks in addition to the JD mentioned below.
The incumbent will report directly to Sales Head.
Manage relationship with retailers and bring them on-board.
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.Maximizing new business development opportunities.
Perform sales activities in his designated city/Region and adjoining potential area and run promotional activities etc.
He must be willing to visit clients individually and generate leads or business.He has to report all the leads to his designated supervisor on daily basis.
Develop and implement the sales plan, Tactical Approach and Profit targets.
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Keeping close watch on changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
