We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting, assessing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and identify key qualifications for open positions.
* Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
* Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment strategies, processes, and tools.
* Participate in employer branding initiatives, including attending job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
* Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
