6. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
7. Manage employees’ grievances
8. Oversee daily operations of the department
9. Monitor HR department’s budget
10. Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

18. Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
19. Overseeing the employee's termination process.
20. Counseling employees as and when required.
21. Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
22. Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
23. Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
