HR Executive

Job Description

1. Designing compensation and benefits packages

2. Implementing performance review procedures (. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)

3. Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

4. Lining up the candidates for the Pr-Screening round and inviting them to check their Eligibility criteria.

5. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

6. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

7. Manage employees’ grievances

8. Oversee daily operations of the department

9. Monitor HR department’s budget

10. Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

11. Planning and designing employees benefit packages.

12. Executing the employee's annual review procedures.

13. Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.

14. Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.

15. Analyzing and monitoring all the department's budgets.

16. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

17. Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.

18. Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.

19. Overseeing the employee's termination process.

20. Counseling employees as and when required.

21. Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.

22. Maintaining and recording employee attendance.

23. Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
