Need an HR Practitioner who has experience and knowledge of:
-Exposure of Placement related activities.
-Experience of Training and Placement.
-Good in coordination, counseling, and negotiating skills.
-Coordinate with students and companies and align interviews.
-Help students identify employment options that match their career interests.
-Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job openings.
-Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
-Identify the number and types of positions needed
-Assist with maintaining an employer database(s). Maintain student files as needed.
-Any other duties assigned by the management.
-To place the academic students in various companies
-Closely working with excising clients and as well as adding new clients to the organization
-Arranging Mock interviews and recruitment workshops.
-Orient students and alumni to career planning must assist their obtaining employment
-Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with academic departments and program managers
-Participate in coordination and organization of on-campus events such as regular placements drive and annual career
-Ensure that all students are rightly matched
-Build a good network with various corporate companies
