Salary : Annual CTC of Lacs to Lacs plus variables based on performance (ranges between 1 Lac to 3 Lac Annual)

Job Profile:

• Sourcing & Screening of resumes from online job portals & Database based on requirements.

• Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates.

• Sharing job profile with the candidate, while conducting the telephonic interview in detail

• Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face to face interview round with respective company

• Lining up of candidates from face to face interview rounds based on a short listing from company side.

• Taking feedback from client company on the interviews done.

• Coordinating with the client company HR Team in offer generation and documentation collection.

• Follow up with the candidate till joining.

• Daily Reporting & Submission of daily MIS to seniors.
