JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include referral, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour legislation
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Accessing and reviewing Resumes and Application
- Conducting Interviews
- Managing Employees Database
-Preparation of salary statement
- Training and Development Programs for new and existing employees
- Conducting Welfare activities
- Preparing and Drafting HR relevant documents
- Performing firing and existing formalities
-Handling full and final settlement of the employees
- Explaining and communicating the organizational policies among the employees
