HR Trainee / HR Assistant

Job Description

You should be Under Graduate / Graduate . Age between 18 - 25 years. Should be minimum 5'3 (for Girls) & 5’5” (for Boys), brilliant, good looking, pleasant personality as you will be groomed as Trainer for Corporate employees. You should be proficient in English and Hindi ( written and spoken ) , computer savvy and willing to travel all India with Director and other Trainers to assist them in conducting Corporate Training . You will learn HR, Management and Training Skills. You should have passion for learning and travelling and make career in HR Management. You should be residing near Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi or willing to relocate. You will get stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month during one year Training period as HR Trainee / HR Assistant + Corporate exposure + Learning HR and grooming as Trainer + Free Travelling PAN India + All round Personality Development.

You will get minimum Rs. 20,000 per month after One year on the job learning as HR Trainer + PPF + Gratuity + Incentives + Long Term award of Rs Lakhs.
