We are looking for an HR Executive for a reputed Real-Estate firm to manage recruitment from identifying to interviewing and evaluating potential candidates.

Experience

Proven work experience as an HR Executive

Ability to conduct interviews

Strong decision-making skills

Familiarity with HRMS System

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities Include:

Planning and Implementing the department's Recruiting Strategy

Screen resumes and application

Conducting interviews and filtering candidates

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Onboard new employees to become familiar with their jobs

Language Preference: Fluent in English and Telugu
