We are looking for an HR Executive for a reputed Real-Estate firm to manage recruitment from identifying to interviewing and evaluating potential candidates.

Experience

• Proven work experience as an HR Executive

• Ability to conduct interviews

• Strong decision-making skills

• Familiarity with HRMS System

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and Implementing the department's Recruiting Strategy

• Screen resumes and application

• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

• Onboard new employees to become familiar with their jobs

Language Preference: Fluent in English and Telugu
