· Manage entire employee life cycle, also need to handle recruitment

Carry out smooth on-boarding activities for new joiners

Recruiting â identifying right candidates & scheduling interviews

Employee on boarding

Exit Management & Admin related work

implementing systems, procedures for smooth and effective office administration.

monitoring overall operations across Housekeeping, Purchase Requests, Courier, Transport, Stationery, and security , Responsible for Asset Management like maintain asset register, tracking of assets with proper labelling.
