Qualification - Master of Business Administration [Human Resources]
Experience 2 to 3 Yrs.

Pre-Requisites:
? Qualification: MBA / Master Degree in Human Resources
? Good knowledge of Recruitment process
? Excellent Letter/Forms Drafting Skills
Responsibilities:
? Enabling the talent acquisition strategy and execution in alignment with the current and future needs of the company
? Handling end-to-end recruitment process through job portals and validating them on the role
? Preparing MIS Reports on the no. of closure, internal movements, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates
? Background Verification before the joining of candidate
? Processing of PF, ESIC, Appraisal Process
? Understanding of global HR programs including compensation, performance management, and leadership development
? Strong analytical capabilities, knowledge of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters
? Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment
? Preparing salary, attendance reports and leaves management
? Employee engagement activities, birthday mails and celebration,
excursions
? Grievance Settling through counseling / mediation
