Looking for HR Assistant - (Male) - IMMEDIATE JOINERS
Qualification: Bachelor's or MBA in Human Resources/equivalent
Experience: 1 4 years
Sal : 15k to 18k
Timings : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM , 6 days a week
1. Administrative and Operational Support
Provide administrative support for key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, probation, transfer and exit procedures.
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation, uploading soft copy & maintaining database.
Database management complete and accurate data entry into our HRIS system (Workday) processing new hires, transfers and terminations.
Generate and prepare reports. Provide help in other administrative support to HR team.
uitment and Onboarding
Provide recruitment assistance - identifying job requirement, sourcing resume Setting up interviews, updating recruitment tracker getting requisition approval from concerned authority.
Prepare new hire activities; preparation of contract, collation of new hire paperwork, resolving new hire inquiries and HR system set up.
Coordinate onboarding process with managers and IT Support; IT Access, welcome pack and desk set up, manage onboarding plans and arrange HR and Service Desk orientation.
Coordinate and collate onboarding interview feedback.
3. Have good knowledge in all employment practices comply with centre, state and local regulations like ESI, EPF, PT etc.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional, confident, can do attitude.
An excellent understanding of the importance of Data Protection and confidentiality.
Good working knowledge and practical experience of Excel, Word and Outlook.
Strong ability to build relationship.
