What would you do?
Responsible for functions that deal with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture.
Organize, maintain and update employee HR records and information such as personnel-related data such as hires, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
Handle grievances and disciplinary action, providing prompt solutions and initiating exit interviews.
Handle accurate payroll process for employees and labor, payroll administration, taxes, time and attendance, reports, etc.
Responsible for administering compensation, benefits and performance management system and appraisal processes for all employees.
Supervise admin related activities.
Undertake new initiatives to set up policies and programs for employee benefits and engagement
Undertake HR/admin related activities as per requirements.
